He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorsey Fredrick, Ruth Margaret Biggs, Warren Clyde "Bud" Teter and Glenda Sharp. He is survived by: his parents, Roger W. Teter Sr. of Marlinton and Dorie Biggs McLaughlin of Marlinton; his children, Dorian Vaughn Biggs of Montana, Devon James Biggs of Marlinton and Jacoby Hanna Teter of Marlinton; and his siblings, Katelyn Cohenour of Marlinton, Courtney Cohenour of Marlinton, Galen Lee "Buttons" Biggs of Marlinton, Roger Warren "Weasel" Teter of Marlinton and Kyle Cohenour of Green Bank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
