He is survived by: his mother Anna Hayes Ridgway; his wife Lindsey Hayes; his children, Adalee Elizabeth Hayes, Aliza May Hayes, Timothy Scott Hayes and Ashley Paige Hayes; his sister Leigh Anne; his brother-in-law Darrell Schiebel; his brother John Hayes; his nieces, Rachel Schiebel, Heather Hayes and Evelyn Myers; and his nephew John Hayes.
