He is survived by: his wife Vickey; his sons, Samuel W. Kincaid (Wally) and Chris (Amanda); his grandson Tyler Bender; his siblings, Richard (Kim), David (Jennifer) and Ruth Barb; his stepmother Evelyn Kincaid Harless (Orvil); and his parents-in-law, John Reed (Judy), Brenda Holliday, Rick Honaker and Robin Ward (Tony). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
