Phyllis Jewell Biggs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2020, at the age of 85, Phyllis Jewell Biggs of Buckeye, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Georgie P. Weiford Carpenter; her children, Charlotte Turner, Pam Carpenter and Timmy Wiseman; and her siblings, Nellie Carpenter, William Carpenter and Johnnie Carpenter.
She is survived by: her brothers, Buck Carpenter (Tink) of Buckeye and Stewie Carpenter of Marlinton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
