He is survived by: his close friend Marietta Harrison of Marlinton; his children, Jared VanReenan (Beth) of Huntington, Jamie VanReenan (Jackie) of Bridgeport and Beverly VanReenan; his grandchildren, Parker, Avery and Ross VanReenan; his extended family, Melissa Fisher, Kristina Harrison, Bobby Fisher, Courtney Fisher, Brook Fisher, Michael Pope and Lillian Pope; and his close friend Carolyn Ann Landis.
