He is survived by: his parent Edith Grimmett Altizer Sr.; his wife Michelle Osborne Altizer of Bruno; his sons, Michael Altizer and Nicholas Osborne; his siblings, Peggy Mynes (Derrick) of Milton, Doralene Bailey (Charles) of Bruno and Mack Altizer (Alice) of Bruno; his sister-in-law Linda Altizer of Gilbert; his father-in-law Charles Osborne (Nancy) of Shady Springs; his siblings-in-law, Jessica Collins (Richard) of Spring Hill, Melony Osborne of Bruno, Cassandra Osborne (Eli Hatfield) of Shady Springs, Nichole Golf (Dallas) of Logan and Charles "Chuck" Osborne Jr. (Samantha) of Braholm; and his niece Brittany Osborne. He is also survived by son; as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
