He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Toler (Walker) of Bruno; his sister Victoria Neal (Todd) of Huntington; his niece Madison Neal of Huntington; and his nephew Quinlan Neal of Huntington. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
