She was predeceased by: her father Mason Lee Neely; her brother Denzil Allen; and her sister-in-law Sharon Neely. She is survived by: her mother Dora Blanche Wilson Neely of Rock Cave, WV; her husband Richard Nathaniel Sheppard; her sons, S. Christopher (Angel Phillips) and Benjamin (Marisha Phillips); her stepdaughter Janet Starr Sheppard (James Moser) of Siler City, NC; her grandchildren, Hannah, Ben Kolet, Gabriel, Rebekah, Gideon, Tirzah, Ashlynn and Kaylan Phillips; her nephew Brian Patrick Neely; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Colin, Claire and Cameron Neely.
Due to the COVID-19 virus and for the safety of everyone attending the visitation at the Bruceton United Methodist Church, visitors are requested to wear a face covering, practice social distancing, and avoid lingering after paying respects to the Sheppard family.
