She is survived by: her mother Sharon; her stepparents, Dwayne Shafer (Tiny) of Bruceton Mills and Brenda Metz of Tunnelton, WV; her granddaughter Natalie Paige Hilling; her children, Shana (Kyle Hilling) of Hedgesville, WV and Playford Guthrie (PJ) of Bruceton Mills; her stepdaughters, Devon Smitley (John) and Adria Hlatky (Codie Foster) of Fairchance, PA; her granddaughters, Aubrielle and Jazlynn; and her sisters, Liberty Shafer (Matt Wolf) of Bruceton Mills, Billie Sue Metz of Beckeley, WV and Misty Metz (Cindy Kremer) of Fairmont, WV..
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that memorial contributions be made to the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
