Jacobs (Cress) of Carmichaels Pa; her siblings, Patricia Rowe (Bob), Diana Deems (Phillip) of Crucible Pa and Franklin R. Coger Jr. of Masontown Pa; and her uncles, Earl Cress of Granville, WV and Harry Cogar (Wilda Jean). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and her faithful companion of 14 years, her cat.
Known for her kindness and compassion, Tammy was able to donate her organs, ensuring that her legacy of generosity lives on through the lives her organs will help save.
