He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clayton "Porky" and Della Mae Thomas Loughry; and his brothers, Robert Clayton "Bones" Jr. and Darwin "Butch" Loughry. He is survived by: his pet Izzy; his wife Lisa L. Michael Loughry; his children, Ronald Dale Loughry, Jr. (Shellie) of Terra Alta, Samantha Adams (Jeremiah) of Bruceton Mills, Philip Royce (Misty) of Bruceton Mills and Melissa Loughry (Nick) of Albright, WV; his grandchildren, Chase, Paige, Faith, Carson Loughry, Anna Marie Savage, Paizley, Grady Adams, Julianna, Justus, Brianna and Ava Royce; and his siblings, Sheila "Sis" Loughry of Reedsville, Roger "Dano" (Tammy), Eddie "Moose" (Connie), Jimmy "Jimbo" (Lois) and Randy "Stacks" (Missy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the increased prevalence of the COVID virus, a public funeral and burial will be held at the Shady Grove Cemetery, Bruceton Mills, Friday, October 22, 2021, at 1:00 p. m. with Mike Matlick officiating.
