She was predeceased by: her parents, Flemming Clark Barnes and Jessie Forman Barnes; the father of her children Lowell Thomas; and her nephew Brian Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Clark Thomas (Crystal), Jeffery Ward Thomas and Melinda (Bill Dietrich) of Bruceton Mills; her grandsons, Brandon Thomas (India), Noah Thomas, Holden Thomas, Hunter Thomas, Gavin Thomas and Rick Deal; her great grandchild Grace Thomas; and her caregivers, Kandy Rosenberger, Nancy Cooley and Caring.
It its requested that masks and social distancing be observed.
