She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert R. Wagner and Elsie Wagner (Clevenger); her husband William Hugh Lose; and her brothers, Thomas Wagner and Bruce Wagner.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel (Loretta Lose) and David (Lois Lose); her grandchildren, Ashley Jenkins, Samantha Rivera, Amanda Wolfe and Candice DeShields; her great grandchildren, Ty, Lane, Kaylee, Felicity, Hayden, Aaron, Alexis, Chase and Jarret; and her nephew Robert "Rob" Jones.
