She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Pee Wee" Willard Watkins and Helen M. Watkins (Arbogast); and her granddaughter Oaklynn Blaney. She is survived by: her husband Larry Kay Blaney; her sons, Millard Blaney of Martinsburg, WV and Rodney Watkins (Sherry) of Kingwood; her grandchildren, Austin, Mathew, Makayla, Katelynn, Aridessa and Leah; her great grandchildren, Austin and Aubrey; and her siblings, Harold Watkins of Newburg, Roger Watkins (Phyllis) of Newburg, Tim Watkins of Newburg, Willa Sigley of Kingwood and Christine Carr (Lonnie) of Rowlesburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (218 E High St, Kingwood, WV 26537).
