With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Charles Rexroad of Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, who passed away on October 3, 2021 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Charles Rexroad to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Rexroad and Viola Mary Shaffer Rexroad; and his wife Linda Lou. He is survived by: his children, Melanie Klink (Gene) of Hopwood, PA, Tiffany Rodriguez (Mario) and Vincent (Nancy Rexroad) of Bruceton Mills; his close friend Alice Miller of Smithfield, PA; his siblings, Mary Alice Rexroad (Chuck Galloway), Ruth Ann Copeman (Edwin), James T. Rexroad of Bruceton Mills and Joseph Rexroad (Dana) of Hereford, AZ; and his grandchildren, Charles, Dale Klink and Morgan L. Rexroad.
Due to the increased prevalence of the COVID virus, a public funeral and burial will be held at the Shady Grove Cemetery in Bruceton Mills, Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at 2:00 p. m., with Rev. Timothy Edin officiating. Those in attendance are requested to wear masks and to practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of John be made to Wounded Warrier Project, Donor Care Center, P.O. Box 758541, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8541.
