She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Franklin Schmidle and Jennie Alice McCrobie Schmidle; her husband Kenneth W. Chidester, Sr.; her daughter Penny Graham; and her grandchildren, Scotty Graham and Bailey Livengood.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth W. Chidester, Jr. (Cheryl) of Bruceton Mills, Steve Chidester (Shirley) of Fairmont, WV and Michela Livengood (Maxwell Helmick) of Bruceton Mills; and her sisters, Catherine Martin of Daytona Beach, FL, Joeann Omernick of Corvallis, OR and Martha Taylor of Terra Alta, WV. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
