He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Conner and Betty Shears Conner; his siblings, Bonnie Elkins and Gary Conner; his parents-in-law, Woodrow and Celestine North; his siblings-in-law, Carol Sue Stahl, David North, Bill Eye and Hubert Elkins; his nephew Brian Elkins; and his great grandchild Gunner Creamer.
He is survived by: his wife Sonja North Conner; his daughters, Belinda Sharp (William), Mandy Conner, Celestina Combs and Elizabeth Thomas (Julian); and his siblings, Wilma DeBerry (Bob), Shirley "Susie" Eye, Donna Keenan (Mike), Buddy Conner (Joanne), Larry Conner (Lucy), Rick Conner (Cheryl) and Mark Conner (Debbie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
