He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thaler and Anna Thaler; his wife Patty Thaler; and his son John A. Thaler. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Thaler, Jr. (Diana) of Owosso, MI and James A. Thaler (Kimberly) of Bruceton Mills; his daughter-in-law Darcey Thaler of Centennial, CO; his grandchildren, Tyler Thaler (Kristiana) of Cary, NC, Tanner Thaler (Tara) of Belle River, Ontario, Demi Russell (Tim) of Bridgeport, WV, Christian Thaler (Kaitlyn Kuhn) of Mannington, WV, Georgia Thaler, John Cooper Thaler, Callie Thaler of Bruceton Mills, Timothy Thaler and Jenna Thaler of Centennial, CO; and his great grandchildren, Blake and Devin Thaler of Cary, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
