With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emil Curtis Fowler of Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Fowler and Goldie Fowler Byrd; his daughter Christine Walls Putkowski; and his siblings, Theodore Fowler, Edgar Fowler, Butch Fowler and Dorothy Whipkey.
He is survived by: his children, Emil Fowler, II, Kimberly Fowler (Joe Skalican), Laura Gibson (Greg) and Jennifer Parisi (Seb); his grandchildren, Jessica Walls, Derrick Walls, Chelsea Gibson, Stefanie Brister and Leigh Keener; his great grandchildren, Mason Barlow and Ella Brister; and his brother Eldon Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
