He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Dawn Lazzell (Rydell); his wife Sara Wilts; his grandsons, Aiden and Preston; and his brother David Walter Lazzell.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (17936 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Kingwood, WV 26537).
