He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Eugene and Lydia Frey (Butler); his girlfriend Rhonda Liston; his daughters, Lori Lynn Wilson and Freda Liston; and his granddaughters, Dustie Lynn Thomas and Amanda Dawn Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Delbert E. Frey Jr. (Diane) of Friendsville, MD, Edward A. Frey (Linda) of Listonburg, PA, Angela D. Stark (Steven) of Greencastle, PA, Nancy C. King (Mike Birtle) of Confluence, PA, Tabitha S. Smith (Steven) of Bruceton Mills, WV and Lydia J. McDonald (Zack) of Morgantown, WV. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
