He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Lee Sr. and Mary Josephine Mugnano Lee. He is survived by: his son Jacob Patrick Lee of Fairmont, WV; his brother Woodrow; his sister-in-law Sarah Lee Jr.; his sisters, Lisa Moore of Fairmont, WV and Teresa; his brother-in-law Russell Stacy of Fairmont, WV; and his grandson Cameron Isiah Lee. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
