He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Bus" and Bertha Elizabeth Cuppett Collins; his brothers, Raymond Earl Collins and William "Billy" Lee Collins; his parents-in-law, Glenna Shaffer McCarty and David Herschel McCarty; his brother-in-law David Ward McCarty; and his great grandchild Jordan Elizabeth Marie Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Ruth McCarty Collins; his grandchildren, Tyler Hoffman, Tanner Collins, Kyle Ware (Kaylan), Kayla Imler (Donnie), Cameron Ware (Lindsey), Taylor Rosenberger (Chris) and Harley Crane (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Kenley, Adalynn Ware, Jayda Collins, Carson Belanger, Candin, Chloe Ware, Bentley Kidwell, River Rosenberger, Lillian and Gavin Crane; his sister Mary Moore (John) of Augusta, GA; his siblings-in-law, Charles "Chuck" McCarty (Bobbi) of Turtle Creek, PA and Sandy Collins of Morgantown, WV.; and also, Michael Ray, Leslie Collins, Kenneth Lynn and Julie Collins. He is also survived by married on May 5, 1063; two sons.
