He was predeceased by: his father Lowell "Butch" Lee Butler; and his grandparents, William "Bill" Gerald Stockett, Anna Blanche Stockett (Benson) of Bruceton Mills, Virgil "Whitey" Donner Butler and Beulah Marie Butler (Bittinger) of Crucible.
He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Diane Butler (Stockett). He is also survived by his mother and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
