He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis Hall and Trannice M. McClain Hall. He is survived by: his significant other Linda D. Messenger; his children, Douglas Lewis Hall of Big Isaac, WV and Donna Brackman (Dennis) of Rockwell, NC; his grandchildren, Marc Brackman, Charlinda Benson, Tyler Hall, Brandyn Hall and Sarah Hall; his great grandchildren, Dexter and Calvin Hall; and his siblings, Michael Hall (Janie), Chuck Hall (Joyce) and Star Pemberton (Kenneth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Rosenbaum Family House and mailed to 30 Family House Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505, or to Amedisys Hospice Care and mailed to 67 Casino Dr. Ste. 102, Anmoore, WV 26323.
