He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Imojean Jean George Moore; his siblings, Katherine Weekley, Sharon Gorby, Rebecca Forquer and David Moore; and his brother-in-law Mike Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Owens Moore; his children, Pam Cutright (Ralph), Dennis Moore (Stephanie) of Salem and Joseph R. "Joey" Moore (Jamie) of Salem; his grandchildren, Josh, Jenna Cutright, Byron, Kelsey Moore, Alyssa and Joseph Barnes; his great grandchild Laiken Cutright; and his siblings, Mary Jane Kelly, MD, Naomi Weekley (Jerry), Kenny Moore (Mary) of Salem and Delbert Moore (Lorraine) of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his loyal dog companion.
