He is survived by: his wife Ann Elaine Chipps Riley; and his children, Ruchelle Roberts, Kimberly Riley (Gary America), Melissa Riley Wheeler (Spencer) and Charles Russell Riley (Velda Westfall) of Clarksburg. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and one brother.
