She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Chipps, Sr. and Betty Lee Davis Chipps; her husband Charles Russell Riley; and her brothers, Harry, Richard and Clyde Chipps.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Riley of Clarksburg, Charles Riley of Bristol, Rechelle Robert and Melissa Wheeler; her grandchildren, Maddix, Dakota, Ian, Jacoby, Ceanna, Zowie, Morgan, Aiden, Scarlett, Olivia, Bre, Sophia and Cooper; and her siblings, John Chipps and Lucille Davis.
