He is survived by: his wife Loress Nadine Holcomb Kisner; his children, Fleeta Dickey (Mike), Terry Gene Kisner, Jr., Allan Kisner (Rhonda) and Eric Kisner; his grandchildren, Christopher Dickey (Sara), Benjamin Dickey (Joy), Hannah Glass (Justin), Seth Kisner, Noah Kisner (Sierra) and Micah Kisner; his great grandchildren, Hoyt, Abigail, Aiden Glass and Rhema Dickey; his sisters, Trina Vallorani (Gene) and Debbie Opyoke (Andy); and his brother-in-law Harry Cathell.
