She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Marsh and Hazel Marsh; and her son Thomas Harold. She is survived by: her husband Thomas H. Newlon; and her children, Mike Wininger (Beth), William E. Wininger Jr. (Diane), John G. Wininger, Robert "Steve" Wininger (Ellen) and Melissa A. Taylor (Danny). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
