She is survived by: her parents, Steven Michael Smentkowski and Savannah Macayle Evette Welch of Bridgeport; her grandparents, Beverly Frances George (Brandon Shaw) and Barbara Brown; her great-grandparents, Sherrie Heavner (Richard), Lenora Satterfield (P. J. Owens) and Michael Shaw (Tami); her great-great-grandparent Virginia Dean Beverly; and her aunts and uncles, Deanna Welch, Sadie Shaw, Crevan Shaw, Stoic Shaw, Autumn Wratchford, Madison Wratchford, Travis Wratchford and Karen Henderson.
