He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie M. Randall Jasper. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Troy and Nicole; and his siblings, Troy, Robert (Brendolyn), Phillip (Delores), Mordecai (Ebone), Jeremiah (Michaela), Keith, Bryant, Valerie, Ethelyn (James) and Nicole.
