We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2021, at the age of 88, Scottie Jean Kelley of Bridgeport, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Marsh and Macel Marsh (Stemple); her stepmother Winifred Marsh; her siblings, Jack Marsh and Charlotte Long; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Schultz.
She is survived by: her husband D. Paul Kelley; her children, Jeff Kelley (Nancy) and Tammy Hefner (Greg); her grandchildren, Amber Gatewood (Mark), Ashley Workman (Evan), Megan Bobby (Brian), Matthew Hefner (Lisa Dillinger) and Amanda Sweet (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Easton Workman, Ava Shultz, Brayden Bobby, Landon Bobby, Tucker Sweet, Archer Workman, Isaac Hefner, Harley Gatewood and Ashton Bobby; her siblings, Velma Wilson (Denver), Beverly Schultz, Jackie Marsh, Beth Fulmer (Larry) and Kenny Marsh (Joyce); and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Marsh and Tom Long.
