He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oscar Owrey, Jr. and Mary Louise Owrey (Ogden); and his brother Clay William Owrey. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jo Owrey (Holtz); his daughter Kristi L. Moore (Gary); his grandsons, Brock David Moore (Kaylin) of Sardis and Kaleb Lee Moore of Reynoldsville; his brother Robert T. Owrey (Patricia) of Bennet, CO; and his nephew Michael Owrey of Iowa. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
