He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Peterson and Mildred Peterson (Swanson); and his sister-in-law Sharon Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Bessie Jo Peterson (Johnson); his brothers, Richard Peterson (Donna) and Ron Peterson; his sons, Phillip Peterson (Cindy), Paul Peterson (Sharon) and Mark Peterson (Brenda); his grandchildren, Kari (Peterson), Titus Baugus, Stefan, Megan Peterson, Julia Peterson, Kiki (Peterson), Jared Steiner, David Peterson, Christi (Peterson), Kyle Playford, John Peterson, Joshua, Bekah (Peterson), Jared Henry, Sarah (Peterson), Shawn Skinner, Anna Machesky (Peterson), Elijah Peterson and Charissa Peterson; and his great grandchildren, Malachi Baugus, Bjorn Peterson, Maria Steiner, London Playford, Sophia Henry, Isaiah Henry, Shiloh Henry, Briel Henry and Felix Machesky.
