He is survived by: his wife Betty Christian Marks; his children, Candis Rivera (Oscar), Robert "Bob" Marks Jr., Pamela Marks and David Marks (Michele); his grandchildren, Amanda Rivera, Paul Marks, Ali Rivera and Ben Barber; and his brother Tom Marks of Sykesville, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
