He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Cline and Elizabeth S. Miller Cline; his stepfather Gerald Shanks; his stepson Heath McEldowney; and his grandchild Alexis Nicoletti.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda M. Reger Cline; his daughters, Melanie Gore (Jim) of Fairmont, Misty Cline Dick (Chris) of Fairmont, Melissa Nicoletti (Mike) of Fairmont and Tonya Anderson of Pine Knot, KY; his stepsons, Adam "Shane" McEldowney (Jessica Medina) of Bridgeport and Aaron "Clay" McEldowney of Bridgeport; and his siblings, Dr. William Barry Cline (Kris) of Buffalo, NY, Ted Cline of Core, WV, Sharon Sypult of Hilton Head, NC and Cate Cline Cambell (Mike) of Tybee, GA.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ford Funeral Home, Allen Chapel (215 E Main St, Bridgeport, WV 26330). The military honors was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
