He was predeceased by: his parent Sarah "Eleanor" Duckworth (Bailey). He is survived by: his parent Aubra Dale "Bus" Duckworth; his wife Mary J. Duckworth (Smigiel); his children, Shanna Bosko (Scott), Kristen Sorondo (Victor), Robert McKinney (Lisa), Laura Hawkins of Clarksburg and Daniel Hawkins of Bridgeport; and his brother Charles "Chuck" Duckworth (Michelle) of Moundsville, WV. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
