He is survived by: his children, Traci Welch-Moore of Bridgeport and Brian Welch of Pittsburgh, PA; his son-in-law Chris Moore of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Jack Brunett of Bridgeport, Genevieve Welch and Quinton Welch of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, Shirley Toothman of Braidwood, IL and Bill Welch of Elyria, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
