He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lee Harris Sr. and Mary Jones Harris of Virginia. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jeannie Jewell; his son Richard "Richey" Harris; and his brothers, Howard Harris Jr. (Joyce), Thomas Wayne Harris and Robert Harris. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
