He is survived by: his wife Betty Turner Fisher; his daughters, Nancy Johnson (Gary) of Bridgeport, WV and Terri Payez (Tom) of Bridgeport, WV; his grandsons, Richard William Johnson of Bridgeport, WV and Justin Michael Payez (Megan Lebel Payez) of Bristol, WV; his great grandchildren, Madyson Avery Payez, Savannah Grace Payez, Carter Michael Payez and Austin Kane Payez; and his sisters, Dolores Chambers of Camden, WV and Phyllis Ellis of Madison, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
