She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Smith and Mary Smith (Buchanan); her former husband Herbert H. Stark; and her husband Alden C. Rogers, Jr.. She is survived by: her pet Rosie; her daughter Brenda Stark Keith of Lewes, DE; her grandson Mathew Kenneth Allen (Mary); her great grandchild Luka Allen; her sisters, Shirley Ann Price Luksik and Anita Louise Price Farne'; her stepchildren, Alden Lee Rogers (Pat), Patricia Rogers Schader and Valentine Rogers White; and her stepgrandchildren, Laura Dick, Alden Scott, Russell Dale, Kevin Lee, Jeffrey Dotson and Nicole Raye.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, masks must be worn, and social distancing must be observed by everyone attending any aspect of the services.
