She was predeceased by: her parents, George McCullough and Myrle Williams McCullough; her husband Drexel E. Wallace; her daughter Dixie McAfee; her siblings, J. F. "Bud" McCullough, Rowena Morris, Vivian Braswell and Maxine Tustin; her grandson Rodney Wallace; and her son-in-law Ronald R. Shaw.
She is survived by: her children, Karen L. Shaw and Drexel E. Wallace II (June); her sister Donna Helmick; and her son-in-law Lowell McAfee of West Union. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
