He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Ball and Mary Etta Ball of Pennsboro, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Weekley Ball; his daughters, Karen Bailey (Herb) of South Carolina and Deena Hayes (Michael) of Bridgeport; and his granddaughters, Lyndsay Turner (Carey) and Kady Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests any donation be made in Paul's memory to his favorite charily, St. Jude's.
