She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett L. Moss and Jennie Moss (Wilfong); her husband Bobby G. Kuhl; and her siblings, Grace Moss Rinehart, Vivian Moss Furr, Bryan and John Moss. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church or the Collins Community Cemetery in honor of Ruthie.
