He was predeceased by: his parent Alex Franklin. He is survived by: his parent Martha Sofrinee Yeater Spinks; his granddaughter Ruth Hardway (Larry); his nieces and nephews, Gerald Powers of Hedgesville, WV, Betty Powers and Robert Fisher; and also, Larry Jr, Lena, Karen, Melissa, Zathanial, Sarah and John Bridgeport.
