He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bullough and Irene Grogg Bullough Bates; his sister Carol Ann Bullough Hardman; his stepfather Ernest Bates, Jr.; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Davis and Joan Terango.
He is survived by: his significant other Terry Davis Bullough; his children, LeeAnn Bullough Wiles (Timothy) of Morgantown, Sarah Bullough Cecil (Edwin) of Fairmont and Dwight William Bullough (Kiesha) of Morgantown; his stepchildren, Laura Earnest Cochran (Brian) of Salem and Eric Earnest (Melissa) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Molly, Mallory Wiles, Anna Katherine Bullough, Dylan Cecil, Claire, Andrew Cochran, Morgan and Mackenzie Slavensky; his stepsister Nancy Bond (James) of Parkersburg; and his siblings-in-law, Ed Hardman of Clarksburg, Patrick Davis, James Terango, Lois Jean Scott (Eugene), Eleanor Casler (John) and Sandra Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
