She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Eugene Blankenship and Helen Clifton Reed Blankenship; her nephew Gary Chmara; and her husband John Chmara. She is survived by: her son John Chmara of Denver; her grandchildren, Hailey Davis and Mason Davis; her great grandchild Juniper White; and her nephews, Paul Chmara (Sheri) and John Chmara (Betty).
