With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Powell (Bridgeport, West Virginia), born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelton Workman and Carrow Workman (Hill); and her husband Jess W. Powell, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Michael J. Powell (Brittany) of Parkersburg; her daughter-in-law Melissa Powell of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Samantha Gregg (Broc), Jess W. Powell, IV (Taylor), Kristin Jane Fox (John) and Katie Lynn Powell; her stepchildren, Krystine Rossi (Jeremy) and David Bomer; her great grandchildren, Jess Powell, Addisyn Powell, Gabriel Powell, Landon Powell, Kayan Gregg and Kylar Gregg; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Tucker and Briar Rossi of Bridgeport; her siblings, Ginny Olejnik of Seal Beach, CA, Becky Shaver (Terry) of Ruther Glen, VA, Joe Workman (Joy) of Good Hope and Mark Workman (Jenny Phillips) of Good Hope; her brother-in-law Don Moran of Clarksburg; her son Jess W. Powell, III; her sister Ann Moran; and her close friend Paco. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
