He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna DeFazio (Moschella) and Aneillo DeFazio; his wife Dorothy Pishner; his brothers, Joseph and Sylvester "Sub" DeFazio; his brother-in-law Benny Quiñones; his sister Carmella Quiñones (DeFazio); his sisters-in-law, Virginia DeFazio (Ferella) and Joan DeFazio (Tapp); and his nephew Michael A. DeFazio.
He is survived by: his close friends, Sullivan Larry, Joe Rodriguez, Ron Gonzalez, Sidney "Zot" Del Rio and Pete Oliveto; his daughter Tammy; his siblings, Francisco "Frank" DeFazio, Augustine "Auggie" DeFazio, Anthony DeFazio and Mary Hustead; his sisters-in-law, Angie DeFazio and Jackie DeFazio; and his close friends, Sandra Gonzalez, Mark, Kimberly Hinkle, Marsha, Billy Pearson, Becky, Alan Sherry, Judy, Jill, Shelly Poe, Annette Talley and Linda Hayes.
